Formit Profilers shape potatoes, carrots, apples, cantaloupes and melons into round ‘ball-shaped’ products or cubes from irregular shaped raw material. Unpeeled produce can be used. For best results, peel before profiling such as better-quality end products and longer production life of machine rollers. Finished products range from 17-57 centimetres.
