Mosur Machine has developed an automated microgreen and baby leaf lettuce tray harvester.

The Micro-Harvest is perfectly suited for the gentle harvesting of greenhouse grown Microgreens, and Baby Leaf lettuces from trays.

Compared with typical processes, the Micro-Harvest allows an increase of productivity of up to 300%, and reduces the waste rate                                                                                                                                    significantly at the same time.

The trays, standard 1020, approx. 10 ¾” wide by 21” long, are placed manually on the horizontal tray conveyor two at a time, and are automatically transported through a stainless steel reciprocating cutting blade.

The cut product is then transferred up an incline conveyor that is pivot mounted; this allows the machine to be easily adjusted according to product cut height requirement. The product then drops off the top drive roll of the incline conveyor; the machine is equipped with a scale and container platform.

The completed product tray is transported under the incline conveyor and scale/container platform to the discharge end to be removed manually.

Overall sanitary design; the solid industrial machine is made of stainless steel, and food grade material that can be easily cleaned and maintained.
